updating 7.3 to 7.4

I purchased m-powered pro tools 7.3 and the dealer/retailer told me that i can get free update to 7.4 form digidesign website.
I've done the registeration (product+ilok). But which one of the updates i should download??
Most updates say "requires previous installation of Pro Tools M-Powered 7.4" (in 7.4cs1, cs2...)

I Need 7.4. because of the Vista support.

If you registered your hardware, you should receive an email with information on how to get 7.4.

You MUST register the hardware - meaning you need to use the registration card that has the bar code and serial number of your hardware in the lower left hand corner. If you don't register the hardware, you won't get the email.
