Un-check that bottom box which is locked to Pro Tools. CMD TAB over to DADMan. Go back to that same box and re-tick it and it should say it is now bound to DADman.

Hello Jeff,

One final thing. Everything is working great but I don't see my source selects in my EuControl app. I see the speaker selects, the fold downs but nothing under source selects. I have one control room created under my DadMan monitor profiles and in that I have 3 sources, ProTools 7.1, ProTools 5.1 and MacBook. Are they supposed to show up as individual selectable sources on the app if I created them that way?

Greetings,
You should be able to touch the very top of the rectangle on the sources in the Monitoring tab of Avid Control then a list of sources should appear in the center real estate that you can order and correlate.

This is for S6 - but it's basically the same idea:

Hello Jeff,

Maybe you can answer this or point me to the correct post because I wasn't sure where to look. Are there any "at home" NAS systems that work well with ProTools? I was looking at getting a Synology NAS for backup but ideally I'd like to work off it as well if that is an option these days. I know there is a Nexis but what about someone at home who doesn't really need all that. If there is a huge discussion of this already if you could just point me in that direction that would be great. Thank you.

In the interest of keeping this thread relatively on MTRX studio, let’s start a new thread on shared storage.

Hello Jeff,

I was thinking about getting a pair of high end headphones to use with MTRX. The model I was thinking of has an impedance of 42ohms and says they should ideally be driven by an amp of 2-5 watts. I looked at the tech specs for the MTRX headphone outputs but I can't tell if it's outputting enough power to drive the headphones properly. What can you tell me? Thanks chris
