Problem with latency

Hi, I have a voice latency problem.

I have:
1) Microfon: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/BM-8...608.0.0.jaAjqR

2) 48V DC Phantom Power - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Free...608.0.0.jaAjqR

3) SOundcard: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Bran...608.0.0.jaAjqR

Latency is 47ms...this is mooooore..
How do I fix the problem? It will help me asio4all?
