PT 12 Licence

OK this I guess is really a question for Avid themselvs but I guess someone may be able to help.

I purchased PT HD 10/11 a year or two ago and not too long after PT12 came out. I was sent an email saying PT12 was a free upgrade to me and I have the installers for 12 in my account.

Now I know it's some time after but I cannot find either a licence for 12 in my ilok account or where I could claim this.

If anyone is able to help out I would be grateful as I am on El Capitan now and need this. I had assumed the licence would have been put in my accound as they already have my ilok info.

I've a nasty feeling you may be too late.
To check, go to the Avid store, select the option you want & then at that point I think you choose upgrade. If your 10/11 HD qualifies it'll be listed.
I must stress I write this from a vague memory of when I tried to do it, but alas I had left it too long.

If you contact Customer Service, they should be able to grant you a download of the latest version to which you would have been entitled.

Please check your "Products Not Yet Downloaded" on your Avid Account, you can activate your latest license there.
