Pro Tools 2019.10 & Windows 10 1903

I was hoping this release would be windows 10 1903 certified but as its not I've been having issues with it every since 2019.6. Opening plugins has been really slow, the playback doesn't stop but the load time on a simple fabfilter Pro Q 3 has been dramatically increased. This isn't limited to fabfilter plugins it's every one. Also it keeps loop opening once i exit. i have to pull my ilok to break the loop.

Avid support connected to my computer and they couldn't figure it out. Only thing they said was windows 10 1903 wasn't certified for pro tools yet.

(things I've done that has not worked: Clean Install, Trashed Preferences, Moved plugins to Unused and tried one by one, Updated Graphic card drivers)

Am i on an island here or is this happening to anyone else? Any help or other ideas would be greatly appreciated!

I'm having a similar issue as well. Not all my plugins are doing it. The one I noticed was Sonarworks. Audio stills plays but it is a good 30sec to open the plugin. The other thing I noticed with the last Windows update was that Protools sometimes does not close properly and I need to force quit the program.
I'm about to upgrade my workstation to a HP Z4 with the full Avid spec so we'll see how things go from there.

I recently upgraded to 1903 and have a similar issue where PT reopens when it is closed. Essentially it's crashing before it can completely close.

I did the upgrade because I have an on going issue where everything hangs for a few seconds when sessions auto save. I have support ticket open with AVID but so far we haven't solved anything.

I was going to give 2019.10 a go but from what you're saying then maybe I should wait.

You have to roll back one version of the iLok License Manager to fix the auto restarts.

EDIT: Well that's annoying. I rolled back the update and it's still happening.

I am on 1803 and PT's 19.10 is rebooting infinitely

EDIT: Fixed. I installed the iLok version (5.0.3.2569) bundled with the latest Soundtoys update which was an older version than the one in the PT's 19.10 installer.

Uninstall your current iLok manager and install a previous version. In programs and features make sure it isn't iLok manager 5.1.XX, it has to be 5.0.3xx or lower.

1903 screwed my system and I lost my touch screen. Rolled back to pre ious build and all is well. This isn’t an Avid problem so much as Windows 10 latest incarnation not being fully baked. Performance went through the floor too so I may stay here indefinitely or as long as Windows will allow me to.

Where are people getting 5.0 versions of iLok Manager? When I go to the legacy download page all I can see is really old versions.
