Default Dead MBOX, need help!

I just plugged in my mbox after not using it for a while, and it wont power up. it worked fine before. now it isnt under warrnty any more, what should I do? i have tried it on a few different computers and it still didnt work. anyone have any ideas what it could be or what i can do?
