dragging break points

Hi again,

There's a little level/parameter indicater that shows up next to an automation view breakpoint when you click on a track. When I drag the breakpoint across and therefore scroll through edit windows the little indicator shows up here and there. Is there a keystroke that can be used to display it whenever, or to keep it on throughout the drag?

Also, along the same lines, is there a way to zoom way in, hold/click an accurate new breakpoint, then while holding, zoom out, quickly drag the point through time, then zoom in again to accurately place the breakpoint in the timeline?
