Default copying a plugin to cd

I've purchased several plugins from PSP and they advise in their emails that I should copy their plugins to a cd in case of future problems, in which case they may not grant a duplicate.
I have no idea how to do this. I am on OSX Snow Leopard. Can anyone tell me how specifically to do this?

Default Re: copying a plugin to cd

Purchase a CD-R format for Data and copy and paste the installers. Alternatively, purchase a DVD-R and format as a Transferable Data disc.
