Default unable to process my audio track

I just corrected a problem of not being able to preview my audio track via a plug-in. Now I'm having the problem of processing the audio track. When I click process no change occurs to the audio track. Is there anyone who knows what is going on and how I can make it work. Thanks

I just solved it. For those who might be having the same problem here is what I had to do. I dis-installed Pro Tools completely including plug-ins and all. I then re-installed the 7.3 M-Powered 7
plus the updater 7.3.1. I then had to use the Tech support utility software to delete the preferences and databases. (you can acquire the Tech support utility from digidesign website). That was it. I believe my problem began when I used the 7.3.1cs5 update for Windows XP. I'm not sure if that was the cause but I didn't update it this time. Good Luck.

You honestly only needed to make sure "Use in Playlist" was selected.

Thanks for tip. I'll try that next time I upgrade to 7.3.1cs5.
