Default Avid Complete Plugin Bundle license expired too early

After purchasing ProTools about 3 months I also downloaded the Avid Complete Plugin bundle as it came with it. I fired up a session the other day and the plugins have just expired even though on the iLok account it says the duration of the license is a year. The license in the license manager is grayed out and says they are looked?? Can't activate them or refresh them. If anyone has any solutions I'd be very appreciative.

Hi, welcome to the community.

Try to synchronize your license key in the iLok License Manager

No. You need to close the cloud session and once you see the license bundle on your account ready to be used again, then activate it again (to cloud or license key).

There has been some cloud problems lately, just that you know

Ok so I've just tried booting up a new ilok session but the bundle is still listed as unavailable. I can't do anything to it all options are greyed, thanks for all your responses thus far by the way

No problem.

I have unfortunately no clue what the problem is with your license bundle so I'll just escalate this to the supermods. Please wait, someone should contact you
