Projects deleted from Local Cache and Not Downloading from Cloud

Hi everyone, I'm new to the group and hope someone can help. I've looked around but there doesn't seem to be an existing thread that addresses this issue.
I can't access my projects on PTF 2019.6. The projects are listed when I open the programme but when I click on "Open", the task window says: "Downloading project... 0% transferred". The % does not increase.
The project files have also disappeared from the hard drive where they are usually saved (Documents\Pro Tools\Project Cache).
2 months of creative work seems to have disappeared, which is very sad. I hope the files are still on the Avid server and I can access it somehow - any suggestions as to how I can find them?

When you start PTF, sign out of your account, then sign back in. I've had instances where things got out of sync, and once I performed a log out/in, my projects downloaded properly.

I had tried that previously and it didn't work.
I tried it again tonight and id didn't work at first.
Third time lucky!
The project has mostly downloaded but some audio files are missing.
The "automatically relink" option didn't find them all.
I'm trying to manually relink - I've selected the files to relink as instructed, but there doesn't seem to be a "relink" button to actually get them relinked.
