20.1.0 automation mode soft keys still not working

Hello,

Does anyone beta test/use this stuff? I'm on ios 13.3.1, Avid Control on iPhone SE and PT 2019.12

1. Automation mode soft keys are still not working (read,touch,latch)

2. Redesigned pan graphs for channels are even smaller now, and there's a huge empty space in between stereo panners, is this a good move really?

3. Soft mode bar is missing from the bottom, is there a way to put it back there?

How are you using the Automation softkeys? They work fine when programmed to some buttons in my old artist transport. I have to hold down the softkey and press at the same time a select button next to a fader to change its mode. Or hold down alt/opt on your keyboard and press the softkey to change all your channels.

Hi, thank you for your reply.

I use them in Avid Control app, on the Softkeys page. Atomation suspend works for example, but all the mode keys - Read,Write,Touch,Latch, Off do not have any effect on a track. If I go to the channel page and change automation mode from there, it works.

Have you tried Do to All and Selected.

I do not understand what you are reffering to, i am afraid.

No Artist Control or mix here. I am using only the Avid Control app, IOS 13.3.1 - on the softkeys page the buttons for changing automation modes - Touch, latch, etc, do not have any effect on selected tracks. Automation suspend button works, for example, plugin automation on/off button works, etc.

What it is that I am missing?

After selecting a mode softkey you need to press, do to all or do to selected softkey for them to do anything

Sheesh! very sorry then. I did not know that. After modifying the buttons with do to selected command, the mode switches. Thank you! Reading the guide now...
