Thanks for the info... I"m not real sure of the areas but I'll check it out on google maps and see were it is ...

By the way, just talked with my Mac friend, he is running some tests with his Mac and Windows PC, he said he does have both at home so he can test things out and then bring the memory stick over here and verify it.. Hopefully that will solve any issues we might run in to...

I wanted to thank everyone that contributed to the thread I posted... I do appreciate it very much.

I downloaded and Installed Paragon HFS_+ for windows and installed it... My friend brought his Mac over, I grabbed one of my externals drives and my friend formatted the drive with his MAC.... then, he copied his session to the hard drive... took the drive, plugged in my Windows 7 64bit system and I could see the drive, and, the Protools session... copied the session to my drive and opened it up with NO Problem ... we made some changes and copied it back to the drive... then, he took the drive home, plugged the drive in his Mac and he said everything worked great...

So, once the 10day trial is up I"ll be signing up with Paragon for the utility..

So, In short.. I am up and running...
