Default system bar in sys usage window

Mine goes across about 75% in some sessions but the cpu bar is only about 30%. What does that mean?
Thanks

lower your buffer to 256 and the system meter should hardly move, but CPU will go up. System meter moving is not bad unless you are already at low buffer.

Thats why. It just means that the system is working. Less strain on CPU. If you lower the buffer, the system meter will reduce activity.
