PT Ultimate license on ebay

Hello,

How safe is to buy a PT ultimate license code off ebay? If the license code is validated and deposited in the ilok account, is there a chance that it will be took of the account after a while?
I know there were problems back in 2014 with some duplicate licenses deposited by pace which caused trouble for many people.
Can anything simmilar happen to a licence that went trough avid verification process? A license code that was illegally obtained or something?

you'll need license Registration in your avid account as well as i lok unless updates and upgrades downloads are not of interest. (At least you'll need access to the downloads)

A full license of regular may be a better (More Yours) investment but...

If the seller is advertising direct download right into your ilok account, there's a high level of risk that this is a fraudulent purchase made with a stolen credit card. Once the fraud is discovered, the license gets clawed back and you're the one out the license and your money.

On the other hand, if they are doing a legit transfer of license via Avid's process, then it should be pretty safe. Another fairly safe method is taking over another's ilok account so long as the account and license has a history.

Buying Pro Tools on ebay is not 100% safe. I would suggest a legit purchase.

The seller is advertising a legit, authentic and previously unused code of PT Ultimate. It's very tempting since it's like half of the official price.
Feedback is 100% on this product, so everybody who has bought it made a successfull registration.
I suppose IF the licence is really legit, Avid has been already paid for the code so everybody is happy.
But how can I be sure? Jesus that's tempting! Like playing roulette, except I never played roulette.

I might aswell just go for a rental and set the greed apart. Sweetwater is a authorised dealer I suppose.
