Default Where is my free "Eleven" after buying plugins package and pro tools for another year

I was told "Eleven was free after signing up for another year of Pro Tools and buying the plugins support option, both for $99. How do I get Eleven?

Hello,

we renewed also our PT12 license and upgrade plan, but we don't have any link or code in the "Product not yet downloaded".

Do we have to wait for activation ?

Looks like you completed the redemption (added product/installers to your Avid account and license to your iLok account).

You now need to download and run the "Eleven" installer and you need to Activate the license to your iLok.

Did you renew both Upgrade Plan and Plug-Ins and Support Plan according to the Offer requirements? (Can't find an account based on your community email to verify.)
