Default Quick MBox 2 Micro Question

If I'm running pro tools with an mbox micro, can i use a usb midi keyboard to record?

I would think you can, yes. I don't have a MBox Micro. I have the Original MBox and the MBox 2 Pro.

I use a Roland midi keyboard that plugs into the computer directly via USB and the Roland USB midi driver.

You will notice in Pro tools that Pro Tools recognizes all midi inputs and outputs on your computer and does just require the Digidesign hardware to have Midi cabapility.

Yes, as long as you are talking about recording MIDI data only.
