Default direct connect

i'm sorry if this has been brought up before, but i hope some one can sort this out for me.

i have just purchased my mbox and am using it succesfully on my ibook apart from the fact that i can't get direct connect going at all. The plug-in is definatley in the plug ins folder and beyond that i can't see any problem. I am trying to connect to dynamo and have done it easily on mix 24 but can't get it working now.

Any ideas?

Do you have the Dynamo PI-file in the DAE>Plug-Ins folder?

If the plug-in is listed in the menu with the others in the mixer, then you just need to connect it. When you see the DirectConnect plug-in pop up, there should be a menu, it would say something like 'no link selected'. Just click on it and open a connection. I hope this helps!

No the plug-in doesn't come up with the others, but it is in the plug-in's folder. Strange.

What type of track are you trying to open the Dynamo plug-in?

I have seen it where certain DC plug-ins require Stereo Aux Inputs and others require Mono Aux Inputs. Try both and see if Dynamo is listed.
