Default Running out of CPU - Goliath Sound Library

Hi,
I'm a new user and so I apologize if my question might seem obvious.
I installed the Goliath Sound Library by East West and everytime I use my ProTools crashes and says that I'm running out of CPU power.
Shall I increase my RAM or do you thin that my computer processor isn't really appropriate for that? Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks in advance
Massimo

go 4 gb ,and youll get more out of goliath play
but go 64 bit and get as much ram or should i say as much computer possible if you are gonna work with lot of play instruments when pro tools becomes 64 bit, play is a heavy duty resource eating application, and was originaly designed to be 64 bit engine and current RTAS is not very friendly with east west play engine

if youre still having problems try use only one core and DAE audio level1 in pt

We had better luck with the old colossus with Kompact. One of the engineers here owns it and it seems to be more stable than Play.
