Default How To Bring Region Into Track To Snap To Memory Marker?

How can drag a region into a track such that it will snap to a memory location?

I dont think you can snap audio to a marker but if you hold down the windows key whilst dragging from the regions bin it will snap the head, the left part, to the edit cursor. Just place the edit cursor where you need the head of the region to be then hold windows.

You might be interested in spotting regions to a sync point aswell at this link.

Check page 26 of this guide for the shortcuts aswell, tells you a lot more than the simple spotting of the head, goes into much more.

Spot is a good idea, but in the future you can do this.

Place the region on the track and make sure your edit cursor stays there. Click the marker. Using the Grabber hold the start key and click the region.

You can also copy audio that way by adding the ALT key to the mix.
