Avid Control v19.12- Mixer View: Function View Question

Just upgraded EuControl and the iOS Control app yesterday after finishing a project.

Everything appears to work fine so far, except for that Function View area on top of the channel strips:
It's always looking *empty", like in the upper screenshot on page 15 of the Avid Control Guide document. Tapping that area doesn't change anything, so no cycling between EQ, Dynamics, etc. as described in the manual.

=> Am I missing something, e.g. is this Function Area only supported by specific (digidesign?) plugins which I'm usually not using?

Also, is there some trick for clearing/resetting channel peak levels via the app?
Simply tapping the peak value doesn't appear to work.

BTW this 19.12 version appears to be much more reliable again on my setup regarding the initial EuCon/PT connection than the previous 19.9 version, which always required several attempts including killing the iOS app.
Just EuControl still takes "forever" to load (icon finally appears on the MacOS menu bar) after a system boot.

Its working here. You are tapping on the EQ or DYN function block not Inserts? and you do have multiple EQ's etc on a track? Can you make a video?

If I insert an Avid Dynamics plugin and an Avid Eq plugin on a track, the Dynamics graph appears in the Function window, but I can't swap views to Aux & Pan.
