Fellas,in my account says suport plan standard from the purchase date dec 29 2014 to mar 31 2016.I think i have the right to receive PT 12,at least it was in the add from the virtual shop.Some dear fellow here told me to look in products not downloaded,it will be there for sure,but i can't open this page.It says an error etc,page not found.Can anybody help.It's been months of trying unsuccesfully.Thanx a lot.

I received an email few months ago telling me how to download Pro Tools 12, but it never worked... I can't see anything under "Products not yet downloaded" Thank you in advance for your help. |
