Go to the Legacy Downloads, and get the MBox 2 Mini 10.3.3 driver download. Also, you can follow the 'uninstall' steps, and restarting your Mac before trying to install the driver. I think that's an important step(at least it was for me). The newest driver wouldn't work for me no matter what I did. Even the 9.0 driver worked. Also, I had to unplug, and replug the Mbox USB after the install and restart. Check your Audio/midi setup to make sure the MBox shows up.

I realize you are trying to help, but you keep referencing PT7 and the OP has PT11, so none of your replies apply to this setup
