Firmware Updater cannot locate the command 8
Hi,
I've recently updated to protools 9 and have done the necessary updates but unfortunately I cannot do the Firmware update (Command8_Driver_v90_69601.dmg) for the command 8 as it cannot locate the command 8. (C8 is not on a usb hub) Command 8 is currently running v1.2 and is recognized by protools 9 and seems to be fully functional. Command 8 also appears in my mac's usb hardware description (osx10.6.6)... has anyone had this issue? thanks
