According to Ryan the S3L update will come, but they are still working out a few bugs from the beta. So, the answer for the S3L owners is still the same - be patient. It will arrive, at some point in time.

It's definitely coming, and soon. Hopefully it won't be later than NAMM, which is in 22 days.
