Hi Adish,

There's a number of ways you can get free support. For starters you can use the knowledgebase to do some lookups / searches yourself. There is quite good information out there.

http://www.avid.com/US/support/find-support

info for repairs and authorised repair centers can be found here :

http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/en_US/FAQ/en210711

In order to create a support case with Avid Support you will need a Avid Support Code.

http://www.avid.com/US/support/asc/digidesign

Most resellers should be able to provide you with first line support as well.
And of course you can ask to help the community troubleshoot things with you out here on the DUC

Chris

I'll clarify, I want to talk to real people without money.
Mail will do the job just that I can not find any way to communicate with them without paying.

well you are communicating with one of them now so why not instead post your issues and see if the community can help.

The answer you are looking for was provided in my previous post. If you want to talk directly to Avid support you will need a support contract or buy an ASC code. (providing your product does not entitle you to a free one under warranty that is).

Thanks

Chris

Well chris,

http://duc.avid.com/showthread.php?t=331898

I allredy tried to fix my problams here with no luck.
I've been more than a week stuck with the problem and all my work stopped because of this.
Believe me, I tried everything I just want to get value for money I paid for the software already.

Thanks Chris, but I'm desperate and do not know where to turn

Hi Adish,

Try this form :

http://avid.force.com/Support/RegistrationCaseCreation

Create a registration case through this form. This if free. Registration and ilok issues do not require an ASC code. Hopefully the engineer who picks this up can help you out. Make sure to include your ilok details.

Let me know ...

Thanks

Chris

Chris Thank you, finally someone responds appropriately.

I sent an email to avid and as I expected they told me to do what I've done over 100 times.
This is the response:

This is ilok comment :

Hello,

If a license that is on your iLok is not authorizing the associated software, please contact the software developer of the software you are attempting to use for further information on the use and authorization of their product.

Thanks
