Global Shortcuts not working?

I cannot do the "do to selected" shortcut on pc... (shift+Alt+left click)

I have four tracks selected and would like to change the volume or clip gain and it doesnt do anything

I am on windows 10 and this feature does not seem to work for PT10(non-HD) or PT12(non-HD)

You can't use the shift-alt-click to adjust faders or clip gain. But mute, solo, inserts and so on is fine.
