Noise Blasts in PT12.5

The noise blasts in PT12.4 that everybody else seemed to suffer from, I didn't get. Since updating to 12.5 I've had two so far. One was with a client yesterday during a mix session.

Just to let you know they are still a problem.

Please - It is super important that you start a support case with Avid on this and report back what they find out and how this goes.

I have an HD subscription, doesn't that entitle me to upgraded support priority?

Problems can (and do) arise 7 Days a week.

Is it unreasonable (for HD users who have paid a lot extra) to expect 24 Hour/7 Days a week Phone Support?

So that doesn't fall under, 'Troubleshooting using the online support service is for an unlimited number of incidents with a response within four hours'?

What is the online support service? Is that not the 'open a case' function?

Noise Blasts in 12.5 could possibly cripple Cloud Collaboration – so you can bet your Case will receive utmost priority when Business Hours resume on Monday.
