Match eq!

Ive been reading about a function in apple soundtrack and Nuendo that is called match eq!. It analyzes a previous sound file frequencies then can be applied to a new file to match the eq.

Does Pro Tools have a similar plug in available. ??If so what is it called and where from.

Also I suppose a similar handy genius tool would be a reverb / acoustic matcher for ADR etc. Anyone heard of anything like this.

The Frequalizer by Roger Nichols Digital matches ADR to production dialogue. Great plugin, embarrassing name. It used to be called Firium and was distributed by Elemental Audio.
