Default D-Control Multi user mode

I have a dual operator Icon with 2 mains and 4 Fader buckets only 1 of the buckets will go into multi mode. What am I doing wrong

Have you ever had the other units in multi-mode? Do they all have the newest firmware? If they are blue units and bought at different times there is the possibility that some units have the newer high-speed comm boards and others don't.
