Upgrade for MBox2 Pro to MBox2 Pro Factory?

I wanted the MBox2 Pro Factory when I bought my MBox 2 Pro, but the dealer was out of stock on it.

I saw on the Plugin's page there is an MBox2 Pro Factory download for the price difference of $99. I went to purchase and download it, but it came up with a dialog at install that said "Do not install MBox2 Pro Factory PlugIns unless you have purchased MBox2 Pro Factory. The Plugins require Authorization codes that are contained in the Box."

It also says it requires an iLok.

I have purchased an iLok and am willing to pay the advertised $99 on the web page, but am confused as to what this all means...

Can I download and install this bundle and then purchase the authorization codes? If so how would thatr happen as there was no indication as to how to do this, unless it happens at the end of the install.

If not, why would they put this bundle up on the site and advertise it as the price difference between the MBox2 Pro and the MBox2 Pro Factory.

Also, if not, why show this if there is no upgrade path to Factory... makes no sense...
