Default Pro Tools Crashing When Saving Track Preset

Every time I try to save a track preset Pro Tools crashes. I just updated to 2023.3 and have tried in multiple projects to no avail. Can't find this issue in any previous threads. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I've read about issues where PT crashes if there isn't enough space on the drive but there is more than enough on mine.

It also won't allow me to create a new session from a template; the option is grayed out. Not sure if these two things are related.

Can you try and submit a case using the link below and DM me your case number so I can coordinate this with our tech support team as well?

Yup. I've seen this. This is because of the permissions on your Pro Tools folder in documents. Make sure your username has permission to read/write and all items enclosed in the folder folder (Get Info of the Pro Tools folder, change by adding your username with read/write, apply to all enclosed -- all near the little gear)

Then, reinstall Pro Tools and make sure you approve all the security requests when they pop up.

BScout, WOW. I see you have different setups with different Macs.

What combo are you digging the most?
