Strike Problems
Strike is causing my rig to jump completely out of Pro Tools.
MacOSXTiger 10.4.11 Pro Tools7.3.1 4G memory (2) 750G hard drives (35G used on each) no wireless devices used, Bluetooth is off. No screensavers. When "in gear" audtioning a Strike drum kit on an instrument track - bang! completely out of Pro Tools. Would anyone happen to know if recording at 96/24 is contributing to this problem? Typical file will be 12-14 audio tracks, 2 -3 instrument tracks, and 3-4aux tracks- with less than 6 or 8 plug ins. It also happens when auditioning the occasional Propellerhead patch. Thanks in advance for any help or directions. |

Re: Strike Problems
Subsequently converted to 48/24bit and 48/16 with no issues whatsoever. So maybe machine was running out of steam. No issues now.
