Default Master Faders - No Input or Output

Have tried creating a Master Fader, however, after creation there are no Input or Output options (See attached image).

What can I do to fix this problem?

And Master Faders, being a level control for buss masters, will have no inputs, and are assigned to a given output to control its level.
