what would be the best for finalizing and mastering mixes with Digi 001? Waves Platinum Collection Super Bundle OR TC Electronic Finalizer Plus Mastering Unit. Or maby another plug-in suggestion

If you don't have the money - borrow. Waves is a MUST... (But really; to answer your first Q, one has to know more about your setup. Like - the Mastering Bundle is very CPU consuming...)

The TC Electronics stuff is not a magical box but it does have some extremely nice capabilites and a lot are showing up in the use market at nice prices.
The Waves products open up a lot of routing capabilites (given your system has the horsepower) for processing them at the same time.
To compare the two fairly would require that you could have multiple Finalizers.
The Wave plug-ins will allow you to process multiple channels independantly as well as use them in Wavelab, SF, etc to master you mix down.

i'd go with waves. i know you have money to spend since you arent buying the 01v. i use wavelab for mastering. you can master with the 001, but for me, processing is faster with wavelab. you dont need to "bounce" to disk" (which is in real time) to save the files.
