Installing PT12 and AAX plugins

Here's a new one on me - I just installed PT12.2.0 (upgrade from PT11). All fine, but my existing AAX plugins were not installed for some reason. I checked the usual AAX plugins folder and they had all disappeared! Luckily I had backups, so transferred them all back into the folder, then they were rescanned into PT12. Just thought I'd point this out - be sure to have backups of all your PT11 plugins etc before you upgrade!
