Default Artist Control Softkeys stopped working on Ableton

Hi

after a eucon crash, all Softkeys and surface buttons stopped working on Ableton.

Also a complete new install of the eucon software didn´t change anything.
I have tried the 3.6.1 and the 3.6.0 which worked for a few days.

My Setup:

Win System preferences: Added Ableton with MackieControl 1-4

Ableton:
Added Artist Conrtrol as Mackie Control
Added Artist Mix as Mackie Control XT
Added Artist Mix 2 as Mackie Control XT

Activated Tracks and Remote for all Eucon Midi Channels 1 - 3 as Input and Output

Did a new Ableton Template, but no Softkey or Surface key will work anymore.

The Faders work goog.

Can someone please help me getting this fixed?
I need it for work.
