Ditto. 2018.7 working pretty well here, the whole faff and risk of updating simply doesn't seem worth it. Can't remember quite such a meagre release really... it mostly looks like fixed typos in the manual.

From what I read, the point is latest High Sierra update is now supported... which means next version should support Mojave (just a guess)

High Sierra support hasn't changed AFAIK. Every 2018 release has supported 10.13.3, unchanged in 2018.10. http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/e...tibility-Chart

I read this also so I am confused as well with JFreaks statement.

To be compatible with a friend in Nashville I purchased a competitive crossgrade for Cubase Pro 9.5 late this summer. So far it's been issue free and VI performance is way better than PT 2018.7 with both on Windows 10.

I went to a 43" 4K monitor two weeks ago and although I haven't had any scaling issues with PT, it just looks anemic compared to Cubase at high resolution. I have to strain to see the text in menus and I have done everything I can with all other apps looking fine.

Probably my last go-round with PT and I've been using it since 5.xx with a 001 and 6.4 with a Mix+ rig. Still have my HD4 rig running 8.1.1 for live tracking (which is another beef with Avid, no reasonable upgrade to 10).

System Requirements and Compatibility with Pro Tools 2018.10 Software
macOS High Sierra (10.13.3), macOS Sierra (10.12.6), and Mac OS 10.11.6 (El Capitan)
macOS High Sierra 10.13.4 and later is not recommended due to performance issues at lower buffer sizes

Not seeing any of this.
.10 is the same as .7 for me.
Are you double clicking for the midi editor? (I use the CTRL + Shortcut)

Mac 5,1
