Default Transfuser - Rev always on in MARIO

I using the final release trial version. When I bring in a sliced audio file and process it using MARIO I find that MARIO always adds reverse slices even when reverse is turned off.

Anyone else getting the same results?

Busch.

Default yes, same problem for me

Hi bb,

i share your pain -- clicking Mario more than once always produces unwanted reverse variations. It's a real creativity killer....

I asked support about it and they could not reproduce it. They recommended I trash databases, transfuser preferences, and DAE prefs. Still no fix..... So i am wondering : have you figured it out??

Cheers!

No, I subsequently purchased the product so now I'm working with the full version. The issue remains for me. I used the Protools Pref and Database Helper to try to clean up everything. No change. I reported it as a bug as it's 100% reproducible on my machine.

My system is:
Protools 7.4
TDM Accel 3 PCI
G5 Dual 2.0 Ghz
OSX 10.4.11

I also have a MacBook 2.4Ghz DualCore Intel runing PT LE 7.4.2 on OSX 10.5.4. It does not exhibit this behavior.

Default Re: Transfuser - Rev always on in MARIO

There is a workaround I use to keep the flow

I click MARIO until i hear something i like, while monitoring the REV (reverse) edit pane. If I see that MARIO has created unwanted reverses, i just hold "Shift" and click on the bottom of the REV edit pane to return all slices to non-reverse status.

Just wanted to share this in case anybody else was experiencing the problem.

I continue to be AMAZED by Transfuser

I lucked out. I just moved to a MacPro and on this machine Transfuser works properly. On my old G5 and my MacBook, it did not.
