Glad I could help, I knew that because I lost my ilok as well. A bad situation and the fine folks at AVID HELPED ME OUT.

To the day i am grateful and remember their help.


About the ASC I am not to sure, because things have changed on the website a few times since then

I doubt that Avid can help with 3rd party licenses as thats up to Pace/iLok and the developers of those licenses so don't count on that Avid can help out more than for your Avid licenses

Ahh of course, you're right! Sorry eheheh I thought it was for me.

For each manufacture they have there rules.

And it's a great help for us, that they accept the recover for free or for small fees, it was our fault that we lost the iLok.

No Worries, sorry if I was unclear

I am happy you got the help needed as it is a very very scary thing to loose or break an ilok key! I am scared to death everyday we start our studios

The "problem" is still not resolved, I'm still looking for what ASC to buy.

ZDT and TLC it's the answer, and a spare iLok v2 around.
