Just to be clear, it was fixed as of yesterday, July 28th - you may be thinking I meant next Thursday.

I'm still getting the same error when i try and install my expansion, it says that the serial code does not match the ID code or something like that. If it is supposedly fixed why is it still not working!?

Assuming that is really the same error message (not one about being used already) I would simply use your free call or buy one and get on the phone to Avid support asap and let them deal with this.

Still not fixed yet
this is the exact error i'm getting
SystemId (************) Entered does not match the SystemId on record for this Serial Number (*****-*****-*****-*****-*****)

Ok well what number is that I have to call? I'm in the UK. Hate all this long process but it will be rad once it's all done!

Digitech tech support can you please help with the issue, it's very difficult to contact you guys considering I'm in Australia and your tech support is very limited internationally.
Is there an email I can send details to?
Details of the issue are located in my previous post
Please respond with any way to contact you other than calling the american number please, or with a way to resolve the issue.

pezshreds, hyland2711 and metamurphic - can you email me directly with all your pertinent info (purchase date, system id, serial number, OS, etc) including your address and phone number?

Just thought I'd let you know that Tech Support fixed the issue.
I received an email response within 2 days, and everything is all up and running fine now.
