My disc set came with five DVDs. All of the VI's (Strike, Transfuser, Hybrid, Structure, and Velvet) installed and are working with content. I had a little glitch with Structure where the name showed up as Structure LE at first but as soon as I selected it, the name "Structure" came up properly. This happened again recently too but other than that it works. Do you have some specific instrument content that is missing on the discs? I haven't done a one for one comparison. I suppose it is possible that there are some new or updated content on the download version that was not included on the disc set. If so, I would think that there would be some notification to users to be able to get that additional content. Let us know what you think is missing.

No. All PTIEP Content is the same since PTIEP was released.
