Default When to expect Pro Tools 13?
Pro Tools 12 has been around since 2015 March 23.



Any signs of Pro Tools 13?

That's easy.
You just need to find out the most common month that subscription plans run out. It will be one month after that.

Easy .. Pro Tools 14 .. they will Skip 13 as a Hotel does !!!

No idea, but it will probably have more 9173s.

Yeah that's true, I'm just trying to squeeze maximum value
from my perpetual license and it's plan that ends may 2018.
A new number for what it's worth but AVID I'd say is forced delivering
at least one new pretty selling feature when going a full version number.
