You can answer this yourself. Try to insert the plugin Having said that, what are you hoping to do and what is on the track?

its on a vocal track i duplicated panned hard right n hard left then nudge it a couple milliseconds to make the vocal sound wide..but i was just wondering if i should add autotune to the left and right track separately then bounce it or bounce it first then add autotune to the vocal stereo track...i dont know if auto tune works as mono only.

Autotune before duplicate later. However instead of duplicating I would recommend using an ADT plugin like the free iZotope Double Tracker

agree^^^ whenever you do fake doubling, listen in mono to see how it reacts(it may sound fine, or it may sound awful, which is why you should check)
