Cannot find my new ASC support code

Hello,

I purchased a new ASC support code a few days ago, but I cannot find it anywhere, and when I click the "Retrieve ASC Details" button on the website I always get an email with an old code that expires two years ago. I really need to contact Avid because my iLok got lost, and my new iLok does not have my Pro Tools license.
I hope somebody can help!

If you lost ypur ilok you need to goto www.ilok.com and start a RMA ticket. Its not just put a new license on my ilok please, its a process and you need to pay for the RMA and then hope you can get your licenses back from the developers you had on the ilok.

I already placed an RMA order from my iLok account. My lost iLok did not have Theft & Loss Coverage, so I am supposed to contact the software company directly. So I very much need the ASC support code that I paid for. I hope you can help!

Welcome to the community, and sorry to hear you lost your iLok.

When you purchase an ASC you get a code to redeem which puts the ASC in your Avid account > My Products and Subscriptions.

I went ahead and found/redeemed your code so please sign into your account and click on "Avid Support Code..." in My Products to see your code.
