Default Noise reduction and EQ matching plugin

Back in the day (OS 9/PT 5.x), I had a plugin that if I remember correctly, both did noise reduction and allowed you to analyze a track's spectrum and apply it to another track. I think Izotope made it? I wonder if anyone remembers what I'm talking about, what it was called, and if there is a modern plug that does something similar... Not the NR part, but EQ analysis and transfer.

I recall the original didn't do an impressive job on full mixes, but a modern version just might be interesting for a single instrument or as a quick and dirty fix for matching a later punch in for a VO take.

With Izotope's OZONE, you can take a "snapshot" of an EQ spectrum and apply it elsewhere, or use it as a reference.

Cool! Thanks! Don't really work with Ozone. Is it in 3 or 4 only?
