Downloading Protools 8 LE?

Hi,

I've had Protools 8 LE on disc since I bought it a few years ago with my mbox mini. I have used it on previous computers, but recently bought a new Macbook Pro without a cd drive. SO - I have the discs and a serial number on the packaging, but no way to install Protools on the new computer.

Does anyone have suggestions for how I can download it or something? I can certainly prove ownership.

I'd love to get anyone's help on this.

hi,

Find someone with a computer with a CD drive and copy the installer onto a USB stick or external hard drive. Voila.

Or if you have another Mac with a hard drive you can firewire the 2 computer together and use the CD from the second computer to install on the first computer
