Is their an Essentials to SE Upgrade

I purchased vocal studio has a gift not too long ago but it came with essentials. How do I obtain the SE version? also whats the major difference between the such besides track count which does make a difference for us.

I think you can only get it with new hardware. Makes sense really as I've got an old copy of Live Lite and I wouldn't expect to have got a free copy of M-Powerd Essentails.
