Default Need help with commercial use issue

Hi, I'm a youtuber!
http://www.youtube.com/flysnailfly

I make music for my youtube videos.
Youtube was warning me that I don't own the rights.

is that true? cause it'll be damn waste of money.
if so, can someone link me to where it says i'm able to
so I can sort this issue out?

If you "make" the music then surely you own the copyright no?
By "make" do you mean you actually write and create the music?

You may have issues if you are using sample libraries to create music. Each Library comes with it's own set of rules about using their samples to create music commercially. You need to check the conditions that come with any library you use. There are also copyright issues whether using samples or your own instruments to play cover songs for commercial use. You will of course need to determine from YouTube what they consider 'Commercial' to be. One may not need to be making money for them to categorize it as commercial use.

If you are writing & creating a totally original tune recording your own Instruments/Samples Voice then I can't see what the problem could be.
