Default Pro Tools 10 Delays or Freezes when exiting application

Okay so I was trouble shooting this all night just to get the program to work. I finally get this to work perfectly but now every time I exit protools 10 it takes a really long time to close. I timed around 30 seconds everytime. If I attempt to retry to close it while its already trying to close it freezes. Anybody else having this issue?

Disable at BIOS level. Should be no drivers installed.

Have you had problems with this FW Controller with Pro Tools 9? Avid recommends SIIG.

Yes I have actually had problems with 1394 blinking sometimes on my firewire device. Its more of a synchronization problem sometimes. Any fix action recommended?

Call your RAM manufacturer support to run you through clocking the RAM to 1333 or 1600 MHz.

My open and exits are fine but I am getting freezes during sessions. I can't be sure but twice it happened while tracking with the new channel strip on the armed track.
